20210601 無功徳 Mukudoku. The word by an Indian Buddhist, Bodhidharma 菩提達磨, 達摩 as the founder of Chinese Zen Buddhism. He was active in the 5th and 6th centuries.

20210611 粒々辛苦 Ryuuryuu sinku
粒 particle, 々 = repetition of the previous word, hence 粒々 is 粒粒, 辛 = sharp and bitter, 苦 = pain. Idiom’s connotation can be: It is important to accumulate small efforts.

20210612 親の意見と冷や酒は後で効く Oya no iken to hiyazake wa ato de kiku.
Parents’ candid advice on myself and the cold and easy-to-drinkable sake will have effect little by little later on after deep thinking.

歩歩 = Step by step, one step after a step, 起 = happen, occour, arise, cause, 清= pure, clear, placit, 風 = wind
Fresh breeze will be felt, when you move forward step by step.
Connotation can be: If you move forward with a fresh mind, you will feel something new.
